Microwave Brownie Lava Cakes | The Yummy Life
A while ago an email spread like wildfire through my office- Microwave Chocolate Cake In A Mug. People were excited. Cake! Quick cake! Yeah… Imagine what a cake made in a mug would look like…not pleasant. Also the ingredients were a little skew-iff so if you followed it directly and added one whole egg for one mug cake it turned into a weird gluey mess. Many were dissapointed. But I’m willing to try again with this recipe - it says it yielded 100% consistent results. And for such a delicious, gooey (on purpose!) chocolately dessert, I’m willing to try.
