One thing I always keep in mind when I feature a post is: would this be cheaper than buying it? I don’t know about y’all but I have a limited budget and when it comes to something like furniture, I like to get second hand or as cheap as possible (especially as my tastes change every month!). If you look back through the archive you will see lots of DIYs on remodelling dressers. They are perfect not only for the bedroom, but also great for the dining room (keep your cutlery, table mats, etc) or your hallway (a great place to store scarves, leave your keys). The plain dressers from IKEA are particularly easy to makeover because there’s no extra bits and pieces already added to them. The greek key pattern here is a timeless design and can be painted in so many different combinations. If you’re not keen on cutting up the pieces yourself, ask them to cut them at the hardware store.
p.s. Love that vase!
