&lt;p&gt;Science! Delicious science! I know rock candy is just sugar, but these are so pretty and fun to make. If you don’t want to eat them like a lolly, you could always use them as stirrers for coffee and tea. I’ve heard that making rock candy can be a little difficult but I think it would be totally worth it.
