Stud Earring Organiser | Thanks I Made It

I have a ton of rings but not the best way to keep them - they usually end up chucked in a pile which makes it hard to work out what I want to wear in the morning. Though I know this is meant to be for earrings, I think this would be great for rings too. Plus having all your pretty things on display makes a nice decoration for your room too!

I found this recipe via Man Made and was like, hell, I will try anything to cure allergies, let me at it! Having hayfever is hell. Puffy, sore eyes, sneezing, wheezing, ugh. And antihistamines always make me feel dry and sleepy. So a natural tea sounds great to me! Searching through the West Elm website, I found a set of gorgeous agate coasters… though I would never allow anyone to put their cups on them, they’re too nice! They do make an amazing piece of art aren’t they?! There’s something so earthy and rich about agate that feels like jewels. Chunky Finger Knit Necklace | Thanks I Made It

If you’ve been with me for a while, you might remember when I posted a finger knit project that caused a lot of us pain. I feel awkward saying this… but I’ve gotten a couple of requests from people about a donation button. I don’t expect anyone to donate. As I said, I find it a bit strange as this is my hobby, but it’s there if you feel the need. In fact, I recommend y’all make a donation to Red Cross to help those in need right now who have been affected by the Cyclones…just absolutely horrific.

I’m home sick at the moment and miserable as anything. I’m sick of getting sick again and again.

All my love to you all. With all the terrible things happening in the world right now, it’s hard to feel positive sometimes. But as I always tell myself - this too shall pass.

Finally coming to Australia…

I remember when IKEA came to Adelaide - it was like Christmas had come early! Well Christmas has come again in the form of two of my favourite American stores coming to our shores - West Elm and Pottery Barn! Wooo! Pottery Barn is more country chic, and West Elm is more modern and on trend. Prices are more on the expensive side (think Freedom prices) but there are so many pieces I’m happy to save up for, including this amazing coffee table! And I know my mum will be super excited about Pottery Barn - their style is right up her alley, especially their bedding! Thoughthe stores might not be located in your state, they ship anywhere in Australia! Hoo boy, time to start saving!

These dinky little paper weights are made with a product that I’ve never used but wanted to try - resin! You should be able to find it in your local craft store. Add in your glitter, confetti (or even sequins or little beads?!) wait for it to set and you’ve got your own little paper weight! I’m going to make some of these for my friends at work - if you’re going to have a ton of paper stacked on your desk, at least make it look pretty!

As soon as I saw this label set, i downloaded every single piece! Such a fun idea in so many different designs. Though I don’t write a lot of letters, I do send a lot of packages for my jewellery and these would certainly ‘pep’ them up!
