When I was younger my grandmother used to send me hand embroidered cards all the time. At the time I never appreciated it (as children never really!) but I realise how much time she must have put into making those. These thank you cards are perfect for those times when you want to give something more than just a card.

Regardless of what fabric you use, this top is gorgeous! Funny how a pretty bow can transform a plain white tank into a girly dream. This is perfect for that last scrap of fabric you have that you can’t bear to throw away - I have some Amy Butler fabric left over from a project that always survives the clean out but has sat in my fabric cupboard for years! Time for it to finally be used!
DIY Skirt With Pockets | Angela Osborn
I’m a bit in love with skirts with pockets. The’re pretty and practical. There’s nothing worse than running an errand and thinking - where the heck am I going to put my keys!? Plus I’m the kind of person who likes putting their hands in their pockets when they’re nervous/cold/strolling. I found the perfect fabric during my clean up this weekend and I’m totes going to make this skirt this weekend!
