Everyone around me is having babies. It makes me clucky/happy that I don’t have a baby. Yeah. Anyway, one of the things I love the most is shopping for babies. All the tiny little clothes, weeny shoes, beautiful bed linen and soft pretty prints. And this pretty little mobile would fit into most baby rooms and would be a lovely keepsake too. But the best part? It would be perfect for girls and boys.

My friend Chelsea is expecting her baby soon - March 8th. We’re all hoping she doesn’t have the baby on the 29th of Feb! Are there any 29th of Feb babies out there? When do you celebrate your birthday? Anyway, I really want to make something for the baby’s room and this is just the cutest. I love the bright colours and the fluffiness of the ‘cloud’ - just right to add some fun to the room. This tutorial is in French but run it through the old Google translate and you’ll be good!

That’s right, the second baby themed post in two days! To be honest, the reason why I featured this is because the invites are designed by Rifle Paper Co. who I will definetly be going to for my wedding invites! It’s such a sweet themed party. I’ve heard of people having book themed showers before. Everyone brings a book (or books plural!) for the baby. Which I think is a great idea, especially for a first time mother, because you can guarantee that they will have everything they need within about a month of announcing she’s pregnant! Well, that’s what happened with my sister. Anyway, a child can never have enough books, and along with the beautiful book plates included in the download, it’s a special gift that they will always have.

Did anyone see on the news the other night about the ‘ruffle diaper frenzy’?! These mums were going nuts over these little diaper covers with ruffles on them, that lady must have made a mint! They were super cute, but not as cute as this onesie! How adorable. Do you think that mums would go nuts over this too? I think so!
