These cupcakes might take a bit more effort than your usual stir and pour, but oh my gosh they look so worth it! These cupcakes have a graham cracker base, sprinkled with chocolate…and a graham cracker top sprinkled with chocolate! Oh yeah, and of course you can’t forget that gooey marshmallow top. I wish I hadn’t seen this at 8PM because it’s all I want right now…
How cool are these - mini pinata cupcakes! These don’t actually look too hard to make, though I guess it might take a few tries to get the domes looking nice. You could fill the top with lots of different candies, if you’re making these for Christmas you could fill them with red, green and white M&Ms or if you’re making them for New Year’s Eve you could fill them with gold gum balls and edible gold stars!
Spring Rainbow Push-Up Pop Cupcakes | Cookies & Cups
Cupcakes are so easy to make and serve for parties but there’s nothing worse than picking up half eaten cupcake wrappers (or if you’re my niece, cupcakes that have had the icing licked off). Step in push-pop cupcakes! How cool are these?! And the best part is that they can be re-used. So pretty in Spring colours but you can make them in any cupcake flavour combo. Etsy of course has quite a few sellers who stock them but check eBay too. Now I’m really craving a chocolate cupcake…
Ruffled Flower Cake Topper | The Sweetest Occasion
Another tutorial from The Sweetest Occasion! These are perfect to add sweetness to plan cupcakes for really no cost (especially if you have all the bits around the house) And with kids parties costing more and more these days, something for nothing (kinda!) is the best!
Cupids Arrow Cupcakes DIY & Free Downloads
Australia doesn’t celebrate Valetine’s day with the gusto of the States and that totally bums me out - I love all the fantastic crafts and free downloads that everyone has at this time… and also I love parties!
These sweet cupcakes were designed by Creature Comforts for Fossil. You can see more pics here at Creature Comforts and get the downloads/instructions here at Fossil. I think you could make these cupcakes for lots of different occassions though - weddings, engagement parties, etc. BUT. What I want to know is… how do they get their icing to look so fantastic?! Mine always looks like a three year old did it. Maybe I need to go to some cake decorating classes at the WEA!
