Lip plumping gloss is so expensive. And when you realise how easy it is to make by yourself you’ll never buy it again! But please, please heed the warning in the tutorial - don’t add too much cinnamon oil because it will burn your lips off!
DIY Nail Polish | Delighted Momma
I’m sure we all have old shadows that we no longer use but can’t bear to throw out. I have a deep blue that I was sure would look amazing on me but I just can’t get the hang of smoky eyes so I’m going to have a go at this tutorial. You could even buy some cheap eyeshadows if you don’t have any you want to break up!
Half Circle Polymer Clay Necklace | Delighted Momma
Delighted Momma is a freakin’ mind reader! I saw the exact same necklace she saw (and created this tutorial over) yesterday and thought - hmm, I wonder how to make that?! I think I’ll have to make a few different colour combos - pink & green, blue & white, black and grey…
Polymer Clay Bead Necklace | Delighted Momma
I’ve been poring over Delighted Momma’s DIYs and am now obsessed with polymer clay. I love the colours she has used in this one, perfect Spring colours. I’m going to try making the large round beads, but the combo of the small beads with the large ones does look cool! Don’t get stressed about it being super perfect, a little imperfection shows that it’s hand made and not mass produced!
Colourblock Earrings | Delighted Momma
I love any DIY project that uses thread because I love spending time picking out colours! I went to a larger Spotlight than my normal one the other day and I also discovered… metallic thread! Woo! It costs more than the normal threads but it looks gorgeous in projects. I’m going to make these earrings for my sister’s upcoming birthday.
Rose Water Toner | Delighted Momma
I have a love/hate relationship with my skin. On the days when it’s clean and clear, I love it. I think I have a nice peaches and cream complexion. On the bad days, when I break out, I want to smother my face in concealer and hide. I try all different kinds of cleansers, moistureisers, etc but I hate the chemical stuff in them - I think that might have something to do with the randomness of my skin! That’s why I like stuff like this - all natural, refreshing and fragrant without all the gross additives. And lovely to give as a gift. Oh yes, and great for Summer! So many awesome things!
