Glitter Girl: Myka | The Glitter Guide
Have you checked out the Glitter Guide yet? It’s lust worthy. Everything on there is gorgeous, especially the looks inside different ladies houses… sigh. I truly love this little mason jar, isn’t it so pretty?! Perfect for adding some fancy goodness to your dressing table or your kitchen. Just don’t store food in them, cos I’m not sure how spray paint & food mixes…

On my trip into the city yesterday, we popped into Sportsgirl on a whim. I was enthralled by their amazing sets (sorry, that’s the VM in me!) Along the top of the walls were knitted afghans, and at the front of the shop was this amazing knitted lamp and knitted dresser’s dummy. It was all very warm and tactile and made you want to touch everything! What I especially loved was the giant wool balls on the shelves - they ranged from about grapefruit sized to beach ball sized. These would be so easy to make, just like if you were making those twine balls but covering the whole way. And then find the biggest pair of knitting needles you can find to stick in them! Don’t you think these would be great to put in your craft room? Er… if you have a craft room?!
